The area around Camden Silo Creek has a lot to offer. They are always quick to say hello everytime I cross paths with them around the community. The maintenance crew is super friendly, professional, knowlegeable, and efficient. All of my Maintenance requests have been resolved within hours of being made. I have never had an issue with finding a parking spot and as far as I'm concerned people are respectful of each others property. I can't really hear much noise from the surrounding apartments and overall the community tends to be quiet as well. It's also really nice to have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit. I cooked professionally for a long time so I appreciate the quality of the gas range and oven. The appliances are modern and appear as if they are brand new. It's those little things that show me that they value me and those who live in this community! My apartment has incredible finishes, is well kept, and was spotless upon moving in. They have even gone the extra step of putting in services requests on my behalf and called me a few days ago just to see how I am liking my apartment and the community. Jack and the entire team are extremely responsive, they truly care, are professional, and always greet me with a friendly smile. He went above & beyond in every way and because of his knowledge of the community my move-in was seamless. He treated me as if I was family and you can tell that he truly cares! He is literally one of the friendliest and most kind individuals I have ever met! Over the next few months (before I moved in) I had many questions about the apartment/community and Jack was always speedy with his replies. This was not the case because based on my interaction w ith Jack, I signed a lease on the spot. I had every intention of going home and weighing my options, as I was in no rush to move from my current living situation.
I had looked at many different apartments in the area and figured that I would meet with Jack to see what Camden Silo Creek had to offer. First off, I would like to show appreciation for Jack! He's absolutely incredible and is the reason I joined the Camden Silo Creek community (along with the beautiful apartments).
